My project explores ways in which the main commercial area of the Neelum Valley’s gateway to the many beautiful tourist sites and rich cultures in the valley (Kel Bazaar) can be upgraded and enhanced in order to experience the KEL bazaar as both a tourist attraction and a home for the local community. A lack of a sound system for waste disposal and vehicular and pedestrian traffic overlapping frequently take away from an otherwise invigorating experience. I would like to propose through my project solutions that are cost effective and easy to implement thereby enabling the very aware and eager locals of the area to rebuild their home to their advantage.
